Internal Communications and Events Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications and Events Manager to join our team at VMA GROUP. This exciting role will focus on planning, delivering, and organizing internal events that bring our company's strategy and campaigns to life.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for internal communications and event management, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires the successful candidate to be in the office for at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an effective Events strategy and narrative that aligns with our company's overarching Internal Communications strategy.
- Design and deliver regular internal activations and events to increase employee engagement and encourage two-way conversations between leaders and colleagues.
- Plan and coordinate all logistics for events, including managing the events calendar.
- Promote internal events and activations using a variety of internal communications channels.
- Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, allocation, and tracking expenses.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and colleagues to bring engagement activations and events to life, ensuring alignment with wider IC activities and our company's People Strategy.
- Apply a strategic and creative internal comms lens when developing activations and events, ensuring they support the wider communications plans.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of events by analyzing attendee feedback and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive employee engagement and morale through innovative and interactive event experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communications and events management to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
