Job Title: Training and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Communications Specialist to join our team at Impellam Internal - Apply Online. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training and communications workstream on all new projects and expansion efforts for the UK and EMEA.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and communications, with experience in developing and delivering training programs, creating effective change management communications, and conducting implementation and operational training for internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training and communications plans for new implementations and existing clients.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing clients and team members.
  • Create and edit communications for suppliers and clients as per agreed communications plan.
  • Develop training documentation, including presentations and reference guides.
  • Assess current training and training documentation and recommend revisions in scope, format, and content.
  • Maintain training materials and other tools and functions associated with training and maintain a communication template library.
  • Collate and analyze feedback to improve communication and training activities.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with ability to speak in public to large groups and small groups.
  • Experience in a training role or having delivered training to internal or external clients.
  • Instructional design and development experience.
  • Ability to utilize software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Turtle, MS Project, WebEx, and Visio.
