Job Title: Training and Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Communications Specialist to join our team at Internal C60. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and communications workstream on all new projects and expansion efforts for the UK and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training and communications plans for new implementations and existing clients.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing clients and team members.
  • Create and edit communications for suppliers and clients as per agreed communications plan.
  • Develop training documentation, including presentations and reference guides.
  • Assess current training and training documentation and recommend revisions in scope, format, and content.
  • Maintain training materials and other tools associated with training and communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
