Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is a dynamic and growing hospitality company seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team in the UK. As a key member of the corporate team, this role will play a critical part in implementing activities that support the company strategy from a people perspective.

This front-line HR role will work across a multi-jurisdictional environment, navigating international complexities and providing expert advice on human resources delivery in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering activities, processes, and procedures that support the existing team and drive business growth.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

The HR Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing key HR administration processes, ensuring compliance throughout, and participating in all elements of the team member life cycle. This includes supporting the hiring, development, and retention of exceptional team members and driving team member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes in all countries, including regular pay cycles and commission payments
  • Develop and maintain effective HR Central Service Delivery by making resources available to team members at all times
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement efficient HR systems and manage people data and KPIs
  • Act as a subject matter expert in EMEA payroll cycles, HR systems, and people data management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, HR, or business discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Generalist HR experience, including compensation, payroll, performance management, talent management, resourcing, and employee relations
  • Experience in a corporate HR environment
  • Fluency in verbal and written English; an additional European language would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in using HR-led systems databases, ideally SuccessFactors
  • Highly capable user of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
