Job Overview: As a highly skilled Human Capital Operations Specialist at Oliver Wyman, you will play a key role in delivering proactive and business-focused human capital advice and services for the UK and Ireland region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with management and stakeholders to provide daily human capital guidance and support.
  • Provide counsel on complex employee relations issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the HC Operations team to resolve escalated queries and ensure seamless payroll and benefits services.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze findings, and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in Workday desirable.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, offering a competitive package and opportunities for growth and development.
