Job Title: Regional Finance Manager

Join Ark Schools as a Regional Finance Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our academies in North London.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Regional Finance team, supporting our academies in North London. As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of financial management within the academies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly financial processes, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Academies Financial Handbook.
  • Prepare financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and returns as required.
  • Take responsibility for the academy's accounting procedures, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Partner with the Principal and other senior staff to ensure effective financial management and strategic decision making.
Requirements:
  • Experienced part-qualified accountant or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
  • Ability to skilfully manage and maintain effective working relationships with parents, governors, community members, and other stakeholders.
