Job Title: Regional Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to join our team at Leasing World. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of asset financing, pricing models, and strategies designed to optimize revenue, market share, brand positioning, and long-term profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and other key stakeholders to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Market our client's financial products and programs to customers and facilitate the sale of capital equipment across UK&I.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in leasing, equipment financing, or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of success in financial services, particularly in asset finance and leasing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
