Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders through the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all orders are fully complete and ready to be received by the guest.
  • Work to brand standards, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other team members.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and smart appearance.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
  • Excellent guest care skills, with a focus on providing a great experience for every guest.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency.
  • Complete understanding of the menu and allergens.
  • Ability to follow instructions to achieve brand standards.
  • Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with brand standards.
  • Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter.
