Position Summary:

As a Front House Team Lead, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations at our bustling restaurant. You'll ensure every customer enjoys a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front House team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient order taking, food preparation, and delivery processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Train and mentor team members on company procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Front House area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to achieve sales targets and optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Proficiency in English language.
