We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to join our team in various locations across London and Greater London. As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced carers and support workers, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and developing effective strategies for improving outcomes for residents.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing residential children’s services
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents
