Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in maintaining high standards across the team, ensuring every customer leaves happy

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in a restaurant, bar, or coffee shop environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work at pace, with limited supervision, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to pressure and timescales
