Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Witan Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Human Resources and organizational activities, covering personnel support and management support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer new employee processes, including data entry, setup communication, and new hire details.
  • Manage holiday calendars, staff absence, and sickness records.
  • Monitor employee absences and ensure return-to-work forms are completed.
  • Process and file holiday entitlements.
  • Manage UK recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, benchmark checks, and drafting offers.
  • Induct new employees and liaise with external recruitment parties.
  • Manage international communications, including emails and noticeboard postings.
  • Organize annual staff handbook updates and gather salary review proposals.
  • Liaise with external HR for advice and address personnel issues, queries, and problems for employees and support line managers.
  • Inform payroll of changes before monthly processing and update the system with new starters and leavers.
  • Notify and follow up with managers on probation and performance reviews.
  • Organize and record training activities and maintain a training matrix.
  • Maintain and update personnel files and document archives.
  • Connect with external advisors for employment legislation advice.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree combined with 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with collaborative working abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and communicate with Scandinavian locations.
