As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring a seamless and efficient operational service to all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support: Provide an efficient support service for HR, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Provide first-line advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers for all matters relating to the full employee lifecycle, escalating complex or high-risk cases to HRBP.
  • Data Analysis: Track and provide data as requested, using data to suggest and implement initiatives.
  • HR System Maintenance: Maintain HR System holding employee information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Training and Development: Partner with Learning and Development and line managers to support in the identification and provision of training and development needs.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3: Possess a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  • HR Legislative Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of HR legislative requirements.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in advising on HR-associated matters.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial Mindset: Possess a commercial and proactive mindset.
  • High-Level IT Skills: Have high-level IT skills using MS Office suite.
