Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation
    • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to meet business needs
    • Design and implement network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi
    • Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Infrastructure Maintenance
    • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backup systems
    • Perform regular software updates and patches
    • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical support to employees and stakeholders
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Project Management
    • Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
    • Coordinate with vendors and external partners
    • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit regular IT infrastructure reports
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including network architecture, servers, storage, and backup systems
    • Excellent technical skills, including configuration and management of network devices
    • Strong communication and project management skills
