Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our team at Bridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our IT infrastructure, identifying security incidents and vulnerabilities, and implementing solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor our IT infrastructure for security incidents and vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate action to prevent or mitigate potential issues.
  • Data Backup and Recovery: Monitor and ensure the integrity of our data backups, and develop procedures for data recovery in case of a disaster.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain relevant process documentation to ensure that our IT infrastructure is properly configured and maintained.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Check and monitor the function and performance of our IT infrastructure, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Work: Undertake project work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure.
  • Capacity Planning: Proactively identify and address capacity planning issues to ensure that our IT infrastructure can meet the needs of our business.

Key Technologies:

  • VMware: Experience with VMware virtualization and management.
  • Windows Servers: Experience with Windows Server administration and management.
  • SQL: Experience with SQL database administration and management.
  • Mobile Device Management: Experience with mobile device management and security.
  • Office 365: Experience with Office 365 administration and management.
  • FortiGate Firewalls: Experience with FortiGate firewall administration and management.
