IT Systems Engineer - Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team in Leeds city centre. As a Graduate IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support for all Server, Network, Telephony Infrastructure, Desktop PCs, and Mobile Devices within the Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of new IT infrastructure to physically separate from the existing Group infrastructure provider.
  • Ensure the new solutions support the requirements of the business.
  • Develop and implement systems and service management frameworks to manage and deliver all IT support and service requests.
  • Provide internal users and external clients with 2nd and 3rd line support, maintaining a high degree of customer service.
  • Propose improvements to the IT systems and service management frameworks to enhance the user's experience.
Requirements:
  • A strong working knowledge of hardware infrastructure, including networking, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience of working within an IT Support and Service function that has delivered a performing, compliant, scalable, and cost-effective technology infrastructure.
  • Experience of working within an ISO27001 certified business and ITIL service management environments.
  • A Microsoft certification such as MCSE or MCITP.
