Job Summary:

This pivotal role is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who excels in enhancing processes and driving excellence in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the improvement of business processes guiding students from registration to full membership, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Direct teams to meet strategic growth targets, manage resources effectively, and navigate high-activity periods with precision.
  • Drive system enhancements and facilitate training to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and improve service delivery.
  • Handle escalated complaints with a focus on resolution and maintaining high service standards.
  • Uphold best practices and explore innovative technologies to continuously improve service delivery and team performance.
  • Recruit, train, and nurture a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.
  • Track team progress and service performance to ensure alignment with organisational goals and standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Skilled in managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with D365.
