Job Title: Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse

Location: Leeds

Salary/Hourly Rate: GBP15.32 per hour

LeviCare Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in the Leeds area.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs.
  3. Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patient needs and promote optimal outcomes.
  4. Administer prescribed medical treatments and monitor their effects.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
  6. Empower patients by promoting choice and self-advocacy.
  7. Contribute to research and practice development initiatives to improve patient care.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to support staff growth and development.

Financial Responsibility:

  1. Assist in the efficient use and management of resources to ensure effective care delivery.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

Essential:

  1. Registered Mental Health Nursing Certificate (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).

Knowledge and Skills:

Essential:

  1. Strong skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
  2. Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Desirable:

  1. Multilingual skills, with fluency in Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, or Gujarati.
