About the JobHayley Group Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our well-established Rail Team as a Business Administration Apprentice. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career advancement.
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in sales operations, engaging with customers, gaining insight into inventory management, and learning about procurement processes and vendor relations.
You will work closely with our experienced team members, developing your business intelligence skills, analyzing profit and loss data, and creating reports for performance reviews and contract renewals.
This apprenticeship scheme provides a unique opportunity to develop cross-functional skills and lays the foundation for a successful career in the MRO sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Exposure Focus: Support sales operations, assist sales representatives, and complete general office tasks.
- Customer Service Focus: Engage with customers, provide exceptional service, handle enquiries, complaints, and support services.
- Supply Chain & Procurement Focus: Gain insight into inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relations.
- Finance / Credit Control: Manage accounts receivable queries, discrepancies, and liaise with external accounts payable for resolution.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on location and experience).
