About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Upper GI team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Specialist Nursing care to patients with Upper GI conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Develop and sustain partnership working with individual groups, communities, and agencies
  • Facilitate the planning and delivery of care programmes to address patient needs
  • Work closely with the lead clinician and other services to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Upper GI specialty
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide expert advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals
