- Provide excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to service delivery
- Assess, intervene, and evaluate patients' nursing care
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Trust's Non-Medical prescribing policy and local procedure
- Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues
- Non-Medical Prescriber qualification
- Maintains current registration with the NMC
- Willingness to undertake new clinical practices, education, and training
- Demonstrate continued professional development to maintain professional registration
- Training in transgender healthcare
