As a key member of our Clinical Nurse Specialist Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team and contribute to the development of our services
  • Provide excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to service delivery
  • Assess, intervene, and evaluate patients' nursing care
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Trust's Non-Medical prescribing policy and local procedure
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues
Requirements
  • Non-Medical Prescriber qualification
  • Maintains current registration with the NMC
  • Willingness to undertake new clinical practices, education, and training
  • Demonstrate continued professional development to maintain professional registration
  • Training in transgender healthcare
