We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our Central Support Team as a Evening Support Assistant. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Pensions Administration department, working closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide regular support in the scanning of documentation, adhering to the department's paperless policy.
- Support the department's daily printing needs, ensuring quality and adhering to internal service level agreements.
- Assist with bulk print and mailout exercises, taking responsibility for planning, organization, and reconciliation.
- Monitor the team's mailbox, allocating work to the workflow system and ensuring timely completion.
- Forward emails from the Pension Enquires box to the relevant teams.
- Assist in the production or amendment of written or visual material, adhering to LCP's quality standards and house-style rules.
- Update member records on the Pension Administration system and Member Portal.
- Administer and own ad hoc tasks, such as certificate returns, member identification forms, banking, and member satisfaction.
- Answer telephones, take messages, and pass them to the appropriate team member.
- Support ad hoc requests from client administration teams, including booking internal meetings and making travel arrangements.
- Adhere to a clear desk policy and maintain a tidy and secure work environment.
