We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to provide highly efficient administrative support to our thriving residential Lettings team based in our Winchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process fee accounts and out of pocket expenses, assisting with budgets and forecasts as required
• Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
• Provide general office administration support to the team

Responsibilities may include handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking any necessary action, as well as general office duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of administration or office coordination experience and be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Outlook and comfortable working with databases and any relevant software.
