Midwife Sonographer Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Midwife Sonographer to join our team at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Antenatal Services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to women and their families.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Midwife Sonographer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert clinical advice and leadership to multidisciplinary teams
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate midwifery care across the maternity care pathway
- Working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans
- Providing education and training to staff on ultrasound scanning techniques and best practices
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
