Tenancy Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street Social Care NMR. The successful candidate will provide support to individuals at risk of homelessness, helping them access benefits and sustain their tenancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general practical and emotional support to service users to promote their independence and recovery.
- Respond appropriately to chaotic and challenging behaviour to promote the wellbeing of service users and staff.
- Support individuals at risk of homelessness and provide an effective and responsive supportive service.
- Liaise with referral teams and agencies to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
- Passion and desire to help individuals struggling with their tenancy and at risk of homelessness.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- A DBS on the update service.
- Professional or personal experience working with vulnerable adults.
