Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Account Manager to join our team at Gemaco Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of all client orders, ensuring timely and outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client orders and raise on Apparel
  • Build rapport with internal and external clients
  • Answer incoming calls and handle client queries
  • Effectively work with Help Scout to manage client communication
  • Process client returns and issue credits
  • Log client, internal process, or supplier issues on NCR Smartsheet
  • Focus on process improvement to minimize lead times
  • Act as Culture Lead for our office
  • Be accountable for client spend and retention
