Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team at Gemaco Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of all client orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client orders and raise them on our Apparel system
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external clients through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Answer incoming calls and handle client queries and hand calls to relevant personnel
  • Work closely with the Help Scout team to ensure client communication lead times are met, update daily metric boards, and report in daily huddles
  • Process client returns and issue credits where necessary
  • Log client, internal process, or supplier issues on NCR Smartsheet and metric boards
  • Focus on process improvement to minimize lead times
  • Act as a Culture Lead for our office, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Be accountable for client spend and retention
