We are seeking a skilled and compassionate College Residential Support Worker to join our Residential Team at Beaumont College, Lancaster. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex health conditions and/or autism/ADHD to develop essential life skills and achieve their potential.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional care and education. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning space, promoting positive behavior and encouraging personal growth.

Salary: £11.60 - £12.85 per hour (37 hours per week)
