Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and preparing payment runs. They will also assist with month-end closing and reporting.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and match them to purchase orders and receipts
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare payment runs and ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Maintain vendor records and files
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting
