We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our accounting team at Assystem GmbH.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team with various administrative tasks, including expense management, timesheet and invoice processing, and car allowance management.

This part-time role offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in an accounts department and develop their skills in financial administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Expense management: Checking expense claims and ensuring they comply with company policy and HMRC guidelines.
  • Timesheet and invoice processing: Processing contractor timesheets and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
