Job Title: Virology Laboratory Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Virology team as a Virology Laboratory Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, supporting the analysis of clinical samples and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing clinical samples for analysis
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring accurate results
  • Working collaboratively with Biomedical Scientists to meet workload demands
  • Performing administrative tasks to support laboratory operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant science subject or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
