Causal AI Pioneer - Lead Data Scientist


We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team at causaLens, a pioneering company in the field of Causal AI. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in advancing our Causal AI technology and driving business outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage high-impact deployments and engagements with global enterprises
  • Develop causal-AI-driven models and decision applications using our technology
  • Craft long-term visions and plans with clients and stakeholders to implement causal models and insights

Requirements



  • At least 4 years of commercial data science experience with time series or tabular use-cases
  • 2 years of experience in responsible deployment of data science projects
  • Strong academic record in a quantitative field (MEng, MSci, EngD or PhD)
  • Previous experience in high growth technology companies or technical consultancy is a plus
  • Experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, retail/cpg, manufacturing, marketing, financial services, or public sector is a plus
