We're seeking someone with a passion for unlocking significant value for our clients through world-class data science. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Data Engineers and Data Analysts, from solution design to deployment.

We're looking for someone with a co-operative attitude who can build high-quality data science solutions.

This is an exceptional chance to develop your expertise in machine learning & reinforcement learning models, extract, clean, and transform data, and present insights through live dashboards using Tableau / PowerBI.

The Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:

  • Train and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning & reinforcement learning models.
  • Build processes for extracting, cleaning and transforming data (SQL / Python).
  • Ad-hoc data mining for insights using Python + Jupyter notebooks.
  • Presenting insights and predictions in live dashboards using Tableau / PowerBI.
  • Design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Present back findings to clients through written documentation, calls and presentations.
  • Actively seek out new opportunities to learn and develop.
  • Acknowledge and adopt modern data science best-practice.

Required Skills

We're looking for someone with:

  • A numerate degree.
  • Excellent scripting and programming ability in Python.
  • Experience in applying machine learning techniques (e.g. xgboost, regression, decision trees).
  • Experience in an area of advanced machine learning (e.g. LLMs, reinforcement learning, diffusion models, etc.).
  • SQL and experience with databases (SQL Server, Postgres etc).
  • A good understanding of statistics and probability.
  • A willingness to learn new techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An eye for detail.
  • A love of puzzle solving.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Location: London.
