Job Summary
Nexus Care Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Full Time Caregivers. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes, following structured care plans and adhering to CQC regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure exceptional care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in elderly care.
- Drive and maintain a safe and clean vehicle, adhering to company policies and procedures.
