SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with various challenges, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and SEMH.
Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to students with SEN
* Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
* Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
* Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN
