We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our UK HR function, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a high-performing team.

As Head of HR, UK, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to various client groups, including Sales & Commercial and Central Functions.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver training programs, including development opportunities for overseas colleagues.
  • Oversee project management and process improvement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR generalist to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and growing business. Our ideal candidate will possess:

Salary: Up to £90,000 dependent on experience, plus car allowance and bonus.
