About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics Developer to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing Dynamics CRM 365 components and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and test Dynamics CRM 365 components and third-party integrations.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications using a variety of technologies, including Forms, Native and Custom Entities, Plugins (C#), JavaScript, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps, Azure functions, Azure Service bus, Azure Logic apps, and third-party applications.
  • Solution Development: Develop solutions and utilize test-driven development to build features for those solutions, including Jasmine, Mock, and N-Unit.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all solutions are lightweight, scalable, completely secure, and built to an appropriate level of quality.
  • Business Collaboration: Work with business users to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet requirements.
  • Application Development: Develop and maintain new and existing applications, systems, custom reports, and database structures.
  • Documentation: Create design and technical specifications documents.
  • Team Support: Assist and support other programmers in development, techniques, and coding assignments.
Requirements
  • Software Development Experience: Experience of software development using Microsoft.NET, C#, and JavaScript.
  • Dynamics CRM Expertise: Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Business Process Understanding: Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
  • CRM SDK Knowledge: Excellent experience in using CRM SDK.
  • Agile Project Delivery: Experience of working in Agile project deliveries.
  • Testing Methodologies: Experience in different testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Agile Deliveries: Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescales.
  • Content Migration: Practical experience of content migration using KingswaySoft.
  • CI/CD Toolkit: Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD alm toolkit.
  • Dynamics CRM Master Data Model: Implementing Dynamics CRM Master Data Model using Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate.
  • AppSource Integration: Integrating with other AppSource and third-party applications, e.g., Payment providers like Stripe.
  • Development Experience: Extensive development experience in ASP.Net, Web APIs, C#, JavaScript, MVC, MVVM, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SOAP, XML, REST APIs.
  • SQL Server Experience: SQL Server, Transact SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and (SSIS).
Desirable Skills
  • SQL and Data Processing: Strong knowledge of SQL and data processing libraries like Pandas.
  • Amazon Redshift: Experience with Amazon Redshift or similar technologies.
  • Agile Leadership: Knowledge of agile software development practices and examples of providing leadership in supporting these practices in the workplace.
