Job Title: Marketing Lead - Dynamics CRM Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead - Dynamics CRM Specialist to join our team at N Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Implementation and Customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM: You will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the business needs of our clients.
- Develop Workflows, Plugins, and Integrations: You will develop workflows, plugins, and integrations to streamline customer data and improve service delivery.
- Train Staff on the Use of the CRM System: You will train staff on the use of the CRM system and create documentation to ensure that they are able to effectively use the system.
- Ensure Seamless Integration: You will ensure that the CRM system integrates seamlessly with the data lake and other systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM: You must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customizations and integrations.
- Extensive Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM: You must have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customizations and integrations.
- Hands-on Experience with Dynamics Customer Service and Customer Engagement Marketing Modules: You must have hands-on experience with Dynamics Customer Service and Customer Engagement Marketing modules from Dynamics CRM.
- Strong Understanding of CRM Workflows and Data Management: You must have a strong understanding of CRM workflows and data management.
- Experience in Training and Support: You must have experience in training and support.
- Experience in the Luxury Hospitality or High-End Consumer Market: You must have experience in the luxury hospitality or high-end consumer market.
