Job Summary:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our Business Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business needs and develop efficient solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and extensibilities.
  • Plan and execute CRM development projects, providing regular progress updates to internal and external clients.
  • Assist with project communication and best practices throughout the system implementation.
  • Develop knowledge in performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full lifecycle solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and extensibilities.
  • Experience with Power Platform development (Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven / Canvas Applications), Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM.
  • Knowledge of Web development, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • C# and OOP concepts.
  • Microsoft Azure knowledge.
  • Experience with data integration and data migration projects.
  • Power BI Reporting.
  • Senior Dynamics 365/CRM development experience.
