About the Role

We are seeking an experienced care assistant to join our team at Sue Ryder Dee View Court in Aberdeen. As a care assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals living with complex neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote choice in the delivery of care and support, reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the individuals' experience.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Participate in care planning implementation and review.
  • Promote the values, build morale and encourage others to perform to high standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in the delivery of care in a similar environment.
  • SVQ 2 in health and social care or willingness to gain.
  • Flexibility and excellent people skills.
