Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Education in Winsford. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the transition of year 7 pupils into the school environment, working closely with students who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs, adapting teaching methods to meet their diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement personalized education plans, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with the transition of year 7 pupils into the school environment, helping them to settle and thrive.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students who have special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Relevant qualifications in special education or a related field.
Working Hours and Pay:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Starting pay rate: £90 per day.
