We are seeking an organized and skilled Accounts Payable Officer to manage supplier accounts, process invoices, and ensure financial compliance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately match creditor invoices with purchase orders, ensuring timely entry into the Finance System.
  • Validate invoice signatories and ensure compliance with the Public Sector Payment Policy.
  • Process invoices related to direct debits, standing orders, and pay deductions.
  • Respond to and resolve supplier and internal stakeholder queries professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
  • Prepare documentation to enable new supplier setup on the Finance System.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in accounts payable or a related finance role. Familiarity with public sector financial regulations is desirable.

Benefits
