Requirements

  • Level 4 IAG Qualification or willingness to work towards L4 IAG Qualification.
  • Relevant experience in a custodial environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with databases.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Outstanding abilities in interpersonal relations and effective communication.
