Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our Fairness, Inclusion and Respect team.
About the RoleThe Project Coordinator will play a key role in delivering an impressive programme of online and face-to-face training, events and initiatives that support businesses to be more innovative and profitable by addressing workplace culture challenges and building inclusive and respectful environments.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of all aspects of the FIR programme ensuring it is delivered on time, to budget and to the desired quality standards.
- Arrange meetings, training dates and conferences with the FIR team.
- Plan and arrange training activities and events (webinars via Zoom and Teams, workshops and conferences).
- Promote the various training activities for each project through various channels with the support of the Marketing team.
- Support the FIR team with the preparation of professional documents, PowerPoint presentations, promotion flyers and other materials.
- Regularly report back on key performance targets and help conduct reporting tasks via Excel for quarterly reporting periods.
- Assist the Programme Manager in meeting all project deliverables on a quarterly basis.
- Conduct data analysis to help the wider team make informed decisions.
- 2+ years working in a commercial environment.
- Some previous experience/exposure to event organisation/running.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form, with excellent telephone skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a flexible and creative way.
- Experience of supporting projects with multiple stakeholders.
- A commercial approach and excels at working at pace.
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Comfortable working with data.
- A passion for EDI and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000, 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays plus 1 day for birthday, plus benefits including an 8% contribution to pension, and the opportunity to grow in this award-winning business with the support of leading experts and innovative new practices.
