We are seeking a highly motivated Fashion Retail Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing the PEP&CO range, ensuring that our stores look their best and meet the highest standards of merchandising.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and merchandised to the highest standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail or fashion-related role, with a strong understanding of merchandising and visual display principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail, with a strong understanding of current trends and styles.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, and to meet the demands of a fast-paced retail environment.
