We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

* Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Experience working in a care setting or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* Full UK driving licence
