Care Professional Evening and Weekend Support Worker

Job Description
We are seeking individuals with kind and compassionate hearts to provide non-medical services and support to clients in their own homes. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
The role involves providing support and companionship to clients, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work in Burton-on-Trent, offering support between 4pm and 9.45pm, with the option to work extra hours during weekdays.
We offer competitive rates of pay, with £13.00/hr for weekdays and £14.00/hr for evenings and weekends. Mileage allowance is also provided.
You do not need any prior experience or qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, having experience in a care setting or interacting with older people would be beneficial. You will need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with a passion for supporting others and delivering an outstanding service.
Requirements
- Caring and compassionate personality
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Two professional references and two personal references required
- Evening and weekend availability
- Subject to criminal record checks and satisfactory references
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
