We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at The Sutherland. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visitor feels welcome and valued.

About the Role

You will be an experienced Front Office, Hotel Receptionist or Restaurant / Bar Host, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will be responsible for managing guest restaurant reservations and hotel check-ins and check-outs, as well as providing a warm welcome and a friendly departing goodbye.

The Sutherland is a stunning new restaurant, lounge, bar and hotel located in the heart of Shropshire. We are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be an integral part of our team and will play a key role in helping us to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Manage guest restaurant reservations and hotel check-ins and check-outs
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives
