As a Keyworker for Women's Services, you will play a vital role in supporting women being held on remand, addressing their immediate needs, and ensuring a robust plan of support is in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of women and undertake comprehensive needs assessments to identify and address their individual needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote long-term lasting change and divert women away from the Criminal Justice System.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide holistic support services, including one-to-one support, outreach, and group interventions.
  • Utilize a trauma-informed approach to engage women and address their needs in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Passion for supporting and empowering women in a holistic, women-centered, trauma-informed way.
  • Empathy and understanding of the complex needs of women experiencing multiple and complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
