Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of the group.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate supplies of ingredients and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
